I have approx. 800 bottle of wine that I need wiped down and put into wine racking

We have a birthday party in our backyard. Need one or two people to clean up after the party. Will largely be cleaning dishes. The party will have approx 45 people. Dishes will be the individual plates, bowls and cutlery for the guests, and the large serving plates.
