There will be around 40 guests and all we need is for a few people to help with drinks (there will be a table and ice bathtub full of drinks) and to clear plates and wash up after the family style meal is served/cake cutting. The task would be from just before 3 pm and finish at probably 9/10pm

Shift time: 4-6PM Multiple people required to pack down 1.8m tables and load them into a truck and help with general clean up after an event.

Trip 1 – Saturday 5 September, 12:00pm SHARP (no earlier, no later) Pick up floral arrangements and candles from House in Eltham at exactly 12:00pm. Drive to Montsalvat, Eltham, and set up the flowers and candles in the ceremony location — the Upper Gallery. Trip 2 – Monday 7 September, MORNING ONLY, 10:00am Pick up the flowers and candles from the Montsalvat team and deliver them to Keilor Park. Requirements: own vehicle large enough to transport floral arrangements and candles without damage, punctuality is critical (fixed pickup times, not flexible), care in handling fragile items. WHAT ARE THE ITEMS? - Flowers are 2 already assembled arrangements that need to be placed in front of the window - AI generated image for reference. - Candles are battery operated 24 candles total, placed beside each chair in a set of 3. Looking for someone reliable and organised to help with some light setup for our wedding at Aunty Kim’s in Collingwood. Approx. 50 guests. Start time 3:30pm and approximately 1–2 hours of help required. We’ll have most things organised and ready to go — we’re mainly looking for an extra pair of hands on the day so our family and wedding party don’t need to worry about setup. Help may include setting out small décor and signage, placing table items/decorations, helping arrange ceremony/reception items, making sure everything is set up as instructed, and small last-minute setup tasks as needed.
