Everything will already be made and ready to go (balloons, signage, decorations, props) so I don’t need anything created or assembled. I just need someone to put everything together on the day. The venue is only available for setup one hour before guests arrive, so the entire setup will need to be completed within that hour. The job will include: - Hanging the pre-made balloon garland onto the frame - Positioning the backdrop panels - Placing the cake plinth, zebra prop and other supplied decor - Hanging the ribbons/bunting - Styling everything to match the reference photo as closely as possible If you’ve worked on parties, weddings or other events before, I’d love to hear from you.
