I need 2 people that will come to an event we are hosting to clean the tables, set up the table and keep the venue clean whilst guests are there from 12-5pm to keep the venue clean after all left. I am looking for someone to assist with a party’s setup. Nothing too major, mainly someone who is reliable and organised to be there during setup and help coordinate things while florists are styling the space. It’ll take approximately 1-1.5hour. The role would involve: - picking up a few event items from my place and bringing them to the venue (they are closeby, just about 3mins drive from my place). So, having your own car is essential. - coordinating with the florists/stylist and show them where things are in boxes - helping with any small setup tasks or providing extra pair of hands if needed Location: Balmain East Time: 11.10am collection of items from my place (please be on time as I’ll have to leave to the church) Florists will only arrive at the venue at 11.45am, you’ll need to hang around for a bit. We anticipate fairly simple food such as cheese platter, make-your-own pork roll station, chicken wings, spring rolls, prawn noodles, sticky rice, etc.) that guests can serve themselves. However, we would like 2 people (one person already assigned) to help with tidying up throughout the event, serving drinks and misc tasks as required. 5 hours between 4pm and 9pm.
