Find a professional event manager in Sydney

I am a project manager for a large corporate company planning an annual awards gala being held 24 March near Pyrmont. I need assistance with finalising event management details, styling for the event and being present on the night to oversee everything per the run sheet. What I'm looking for is one who has experience in event management for large events held on a more private scale. Someone who can drive tasks to delivery, high attention to detail, adaptable to change and who can deal with pressure given the timeline is so tight. Daily duties would vary. One day might be sourcing the centre pieces for tables, working out with the site event coordinators re the set up and rehearsal, for example. You would be responsible for coordinating with all the vendors to ensure they have completed their bump in and out forms for the site team, ensuring guests have responded to their invites with details such as dietary requirements, and sending that to the chef on site, to plan the menu for special requirements. Assistance with working on a company video to capture shorts on nominees leading to the event, creating the runsheet, reporting status updates of progress, raising issues immediately if any arise etc. I would be wanting to see a profile of work before accepting any offer, a chance to meet with you also and as this is a tight timeframe (the event is on 24 March) I will need someone asap, working with me to drive this event to successful completion general hours 8:30am-5pm weekdays and negotiable. The environment I work in is demanding so I don't have capacity to action these duties. At this stage the budget is negotiable to a degree. I have a 40th birthday party that I'm arranging on the 26th March 2022. The event will be in the function room at Bangarra Dance Company in Barangaroo. We require 1-2 extra hands to help with setting up for an event (table settings, waitering), receiving food from vendors and plating out the food (canapes/antipasto boards) onto tables. Hi I have a function for 40-50 people in November and need someone to help organise pre drinks as well as other fun things in the event that will make people talk about the event.
