Loading all dishwashers with cutlery (x3 kitchens) Running the dishwasher and unloading back into the drawers. Packing/arranging items in the kitchen for the event. Preparing items for next day. Receiving any deliveries that are arriving on the day for the event. Wednesday 24th: 5 hours Start time: 8.30 Setting up coffee Receive and set out the catering for breakfast plus clean up. Receive and set out the catering for lunch plus clean up. Loading dishwasher, packing back into drawers Thursday 25th: 2-3 hours Start time: 8.30am Receive and set out the catering for breakfast plus clean up. General support across Wednesday and Thursday: 1. Setup coffee in the mornings 2. Set out food, unpack and pack 3. Cleaning of the kitchen space 4.
