Hi, I’m experiencing slow internet speed (limited to 10 Mbps) when I connect my desktop directly to the wall ethernet port in my apartment at QV Melbourne. However, when I connect via my router, the link speed shows 1000 Mbps. I’ve already tested with a brand-new CAT7 cable, so the cable and computer seem fine.
