There are two leaky taps I need to get fixed, both are wall-mounted.

Two (2) leaking taps. You will need the right parts to remove, which is one of the old school extraction/removal tool, most likely replacement on the washers. See photos on the two (2) taps, one at laundry and one in toilet.

When turning on my GHD straighteners, they will come on very intermittently, stay on for a few minutes/seconds then off again. The red light appears when on for the few minutes seconds then go off when they cut out. I think the wires may need re wiring - the straightners have a spinning function for the wires and it a known issue as ghds get a little older that the wires may need rewiring /fixing. Thanks

The shower head is leaking, and the taps need to be replaced. The previous plumber advised that the taps were worn and would need fixing or replacement soon.

there are dog scratches on the door, this side shown is also slightly chipped. Both sides will need to be repainted.
