The electricity tripped the switchboard located in the common area twice since the issue was last reported. During one of the incidents, the tenant advised they were only using two fans; however, the power tripped around midnight. On both occasions, the tenant had to contact the building manager to assist with restoring power. We have also confirmed with the tenant that no new appliances have been used in the property.
