Standard water heater , the temperature pressure relief valve drain line has a constant dribble, the easing lever has been operated as per manual, the water main to the house was turned off and the heater power disconnected, the leak stopped then it was turned back on both water and power. I have the manual and a little key thing that he left for me (pictured) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to adjust the temp, and the manual only says to get an electrician to do it. Just looking for someone who knows their way around a unit to bump it up for me! I work from home so during the day is best. Unit is easily accessible in a hall cupboard.

I have an aquamax 340 gas water heater, and has been working fine. I had to move it up 30cm for some backyard work so the connections were altered. I got a plumber to do it for me. However right after the work has been done, the water pressure dropped massively. Plumber used fittings of same width as before, and the heater company saying it’s a plumbing issue.

Inspect a hot water heater to determine if it needs to be replaced or it should be fixed. It is currently not working. The power supply has recently been tested a few months ago, when a number of internal cables were replaced. If it needs either, to then provide a quote for the repair or replacement. It is an Aquamax 80L - of unknown age, looks in good condition. When I rang the company on the sticker they said likely > 10 years old and may be better to just replace.
