Install and connect the IXL Tastic Original 3-in-1 Bathroom Heat, Fan & Light. Replace the existing Clipsal wall switch with the appropriate wall switch that came with the unit. Existing bathroom downlights and exhaust fan functionality must be retained and continue to operate correctly after installation. No bathroom wall tiles are to be damaged, removed or broken during installation. Photos of the existing setup is attached. 2. Supply and Install Two External Downlights: Supply and install 2 new LED downlights outside the house near the left-side gate. There is an existing downlight in the area which can be used as a reference point for installation. Electrician to supply all fittings and materials required. 3. Replace Toilet Light Bulbs with Downlights: Supply and install 2 LED downlights (one in each toilet) to replace the existing light bulb fittings. Existing Clipsal wall switches are to remain in use and continue functioning normally. Electrician to supply all fittings and materials required. 4. Wiring and Electrical Work: Electrician to supply and install all wiring, connectors, cabling, mounting hardware and any other materials required to complete the works. 5.
