All wiring in place- ordinary phone point in kitchen diner, separate phone line, separate NBN, separate copper wire pair( confirmed by NBNCo.) This is the granny flat built in 2007 ( more of a separate villa). House next door might have been connected/ extended underground years ago before NBN rollout and need separating. Awkward entry to manhole above tub in small laundry. Special ladder likely needed.NBN tech could not find or see the junction box.He could not get into the roof as manhole in such an odd location. Need sorted so NBN connection to FTTN Fibre to the Node can happen( Class 12 to 13).Not sure how much. Happy to pay a fair and reasonable price.

We are having issues with nbn speed dropouts and it might be due to old internal wiring. Request technician to check wiring and replace. Currently have FTTC

We have a working NBN (FTTC) NCD box in the kitchen that I’d like moved to the bedroom. Tried plugging it into the old (605 type) phone Jack there but it didn’t work. Might be filtered or need rewiring?). - Due date: Before Sunday, 2 October 2022

I need a telecomms person to come and fix the phone line outlet at our home and reattach to the wall with the appropriate housing. It was pulled off by a tradesman during a reno. I have included images of the cables in question. Request is to do job as is, no need to re-chase cables through walls/flooring, just connect the socket and attached to wall with new housing neatly and make sure it all works. Must be done by Tuesday 27 September.
