The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working, causing dark spots on our display areas. (Ceiling height approximately 3.5 meters). The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units and their drivers. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers (round white fittings, warm white 3000K). 4.
