I have an omnilux led face mask that needs the electrical cord repaired. I noticed the wires were exposed and damaged so I taped it up in hopes to preserve it. A few days later the black wire fully broke and it won’t turn on anymore. I have found plenty of repair tutorials on YouTube for this mask and it seems very straight forward but I don’t own the right equipment. I initially thought I will purchase another one to replace this one but they are really expensive. I hope someone can help me repair my face mask. Thank you

This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.

We need 5 smoke alarms tested, serviced and if required batteries to be replaced. One keeps beeping every now and then at the moment. There at 5 in total inside a 2 bed apartment.

One switch on switchboard is short circuiting - not sure of cause - need to diagnose and fix whatever is causing it
