The Issue: One of the recessed ceiling downlights on our main sales floor is out. This has created a dim spot in the store and affects the overall professional presentation. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty LED downlight to restore full lighting. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). Approximate ceiling height 4.5 Meters. 2. Diagnosing the fault (e.g., failed LED unit or a faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing a new, suitable replacement LED downlight and/or driver. 4. Ensuring the new light's colour temperature and brightness matches the other existing lights in the store. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor must be able to source and supply the correct replacement light as part of their service. I have a switchboard that looks like the B&R horizon T22 switchboard (long). The 2 hinge parts on the right (that allows the door to open l) has broken due to wind action and an ajar door. I have an island kitchen bench, and I would like to instal a PowerPoint for my devices.
