2 × hard wire smoke alarm needs replacing

Hi, I own a unit in a strata commercial complex and I’m concerned my electricity meter may be supplying other units or common property. I need a licensed electrician to attend and complete a meter/circuit trace audit.

Have a dimmer switch that I think needs to be replaced. Was originally for halogen dimmable down lights but was changed to LED dimmable down lights. Dimmer switch not changed, resulted in slight humming noise when lights are on and lights will flicker when trying to dim. Will need to supply and install new dimmer. Another double switch for lights, one switch works fine. The other switch on it will only flick half way down and not the full way, light won’t turn on because of this. Unsure if switch or light’s issue.

Moving into a home. I need a light fitting repaired, light switch repaired, and for a qualified electrician to check the electrical system in the house when all is fine

Current light fans has out of order. Will buy the same brand's light fans from Bunnings to replace it. Needed a certified and reliable electrician to help replacing. Location: Carlisle.

Gentrax 3500 won’t start think it’s spark plug related but not entirely sure as I’m unable to even get spark plug cap off but I know the rubber seal is no longer attached

Selling a house - requires fire alarm checked, any faults corrected on sockets, and we’d like a certificate provided for sale ready paperwork.

One of the safety switches in our switch box has jumped and I've unplugged everything in the house which I can find, it still wouldn't reset, I then switched off the main switch and reset that switch, it will stay up for a minute before it jumps back to off. I think I need someone to come take a look.
