The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is flashing/flickering. This is a potential safety concern and is very disruptive to the store environment. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flashing and perform the necessary repair to ensure stable, constant light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling track system (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the fault (likely a failed LED unit or a faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement track light fitting. 4. The required model is a Sydney Vision Lighting, ZOOM TRACK 1 CIRCUIT, Code: ZOO1533B-1, 15W 3000K. Please see the attached photo of the product label for all specifications. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational and the flashing has stopped. Please note: The successful contractor MUST be able to source and supply the specific light fitting. The cost for this item must be included in your final offer.
