The sub-floor ventilation system consists of two motors, one servicing the front of house bedrooms (Blauberg 150mm) and the other motor (Blauberg 200mm) servicing the Kitchen/Living room areas. 2. The builder did not provide any service floor manholes, which means access to the motors and possibly timers is not possible. I need a licensed electrician to install my already-purchased Tesla Wall Connector (Gen 3, 7 kW single phase) in my detached garage. Scope: mount the connector at the other end of the garage from the sub-board (a few metres), hardwire on a dedicated RCD-protected circuit; connect it to Wi-Fi and commission it; and provide a Certificate of Compliance (CCEW). No trenching required – garage uses existing conduit. Key detail to confirm: the garage runs off a 32 A sub-main from the house (single phase; house 80 A main). A 7 kW charger can draw up to 32 A, so will need to do a max-demand calc and set the charger's maximum current (or fit load management) so it can't overload the garage supply. However, note that the wall charger will only be used overnight, when very little else will be running on the garage circuit. Please quote a fixed price including materials and the CCEW. The Wall Connector is already owned (supply not required).

I have a dedicated circuit labeled "Existing Power" (older section of the house) where the RCD keeps tripping. All appliances have been unplugged, but the switch still trips. The switch stays UP for a few seconds before flipping. I am looking for a licensed electrician to perform a fault-find (including an insulation resistance test if needed) and repair the issue.
