Changes to electrical wiring in 2 x bathrooms, pantry and laundry room, and kitchen as per sketches. Refer to electrical scope comments in blue (disregard plumbing and builders works comments). Will organise a site inspection later this week for interested parties.

I have a dedicated circuit labeled "Existing Power" (older section of the house) where the RCD keeps tripping. All appliances have been unplugged, but the switch still trips. The switch stays UP for a few seconds before flipping. I am looking for a licensed electrician to perform a fault-find (including an insulation resistance test if needed) and repair the issue.

Replace 60cm electrical oven in mosman

It looks like some old wiring potentially used for sound. We just need the wiring to be cut and then made safe and then hidden behind a plate so we can’t see anything.
