After a licensed electrician (WA) for three small jobs at our home in Wembley Downs: 1. Install a Ring Floodlight camera (already purchased) to be hardwired on the side brick wall of the house. There are two aircon units already mounted there, so there's power in that wall already. 2. Convert 3 existing wall plates into power points (GPOs). They sit low on the skirting and I believe there's cabling behind them - need you to confirm what's there and whether they can be converted, or whether new cable is required. 3. Replace an old ceiling light. The existing point has just a bare globe on an old holder and needs a proper new fitting installed. Please supply the fitting - something similar to the attached photo.
