There is a 240v (I assume) cable which the previous owners had running from the house through to the back garden to run some garden lighting. It’s controlled by a switch near the back door. I’d like it disconnected, I was hoping to have it capped off and left in a junction box but where it runs (underneath poured concrete paving) looks like that’ll be difficult. In the photo, you can see the cabling which I’ve removed from the garden. On the left is where it exists the conduit, and on the right is where it feeds from.

Light stopped working, so changed light bulbs but still not working, checked switch board and it's fine, I then had a lock at the light switch as I pulled it out, I must of done it to hard and pulled a cable out mains power is switched off Hoping to get it fixed by tonight - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 23 October 2023
