Electrician for fans install,already bought fans,

one of my smoke alarm is peeping due to smoke during cooking

Whenever I turn on my gas stove igniter, the power trips on the connected line. The power switch on the power board turns off, cutting electricity to the lights and a few other appliances on that line. I have to manually reset it from the main switchboard each time. This happens every time I try to use the stove, so I suspect there’s either a wiring issue, a short circuit in the igniter, or the igniter is drawing too much current. I need a licensed electrician to diagnose and fix the issue safely.

Recently there was a standard electrical compliance check that was carried out at my investment property(which is already renter occupied). There were some items which required to be repaired. Below is the list i) Supply and replace BC globe in bathroom ii) Supply and replace fluorescent tube globe in outhouse bathroom iii) Supply and replace oven globe in main house iv) Supply and replace rangehood globe in outhouse v) Supply and replace 2 floodlight globes in backyard vi) Supply and install protection on exposed cabling at switchboard vii) Refix switch mech that has been installed upside down in bedroom viii) Supply and replace single gang architrave switch plate cover. I am attaching all the pics I received from the compliance report
