RCD keeps tripping, already isolated all the potential appliance but still keep tripping. It trips again within about 5 minutes after I turned it back on. It doesn't trip a Straight away

We have 8 garden lights in our main garden which have all of sudden become very dim. These are connected by wire to 4 others in our courtyard which have perfect brightness so it’s clearly an issue in that line. We had them installed by a landscaper/electrician a year ago.
