Qualified electrician to install alfresco fan and mount wifi remote control

Downlights x3 are not working- need new bulbs … I have no idea how to replace. And no idea how much to change.

I have 4 existing light fittings I'd like to change. 2 interior, change from oyster to hanging pendant. 2 exterior, change from globe to hanging outdoor pendant. All fittings already purchased, ready to roll. Ceiling height is roughly 2.2metres. Pendants already assembled, all four from IKEA. I have a 60cm Chandelier that I'd like to have put above my kitchen table. It would require the timber in roof & want it to run on its own switch.. I have two down lights on either side to where | want the light. This chandelier is not yet assembled so requires assembling - will require a cut in ceiling & prefer it to be patched - exp electrician pls- certificate required for insurance purposes
