Electrical Safety Check & Repair Needed Hi there, we’re looking for a licensed electrician to help diagnose and fix an ongoing electrical issue at home. A while ago, hot water was accidentally spilled into the oven, which caused a couple of fuses to burn out. Only one was replaced at the time, and the oven hasn’t been used since. Since then, we’ve had frequent switch trips affecting the power points and the gas boiler (which starts electrically). Lights are unaffected. Just yesterday, we turned on the rangehood (located above the oven) and saw a quick flash before the switch tripped again. We’ve unplugged the hood, but it may be damaged too.
