I need to install 3 indoor GPO in my double brick house. Internal wall has a a cavity between plasterboard and the brick wall and I want ideally minimally invasive installations. All proposed locations have nearby circuits to tap from. 1. in the pantry against external wall where there’s a nearby outdoor GPO on the other side, fine to run conduit on the outside for this one. 2. In the dining area where there’s another GPO 3 meters to the right. 3. Near the top of the wall for a future motorised curtain rail. could tap from the lighting circuit for this one? 4. On the balcony against an external wall where there’s a GPO on the inside. Open to minor adjustments. Including labour + 3 Clipsal iconic GPO + 1 outdoor waterproof GPO + materials need a licensed electrician to complete the work and produce electrical compliance certificate for the installation

I’ve got 3 light fittings that need installing. One is a bit high and on a stair case so will need a ladder that can be used in a stair case. Stair case is wood so must not be scratched.

There are about 4 to 5 light switches that need to be replaced or fixed along with 2 bathroom heat lamps that need to be replaced.

I live in an apartment and need 6 kitchen down lights replaced with Philips Hue or equivalent smart lights which I will purchase and have ready to swap in. Pictures of the current light and power source are attached but I’m not quite sure which smart lights are compatible so any suggestions are welcome. I’m pretty flexible from May 1st to get the job booked.
