Electrician Needed – Roller Door Control Unit Repair Looking for a qualified electrician to inspect and repair my roller door control unit. Issue: The wall-mounted control button has become loose. When operating the control, the button/control unit moves and does not feel securely mounted. Roller door operation is intermittent and may require repair or replacement of the control unit/button. Would appreciate someone experienced with roller doors and electrical controls. Please bring any necessary tools and advise if replacement parts may be required.

I am interested in getting a quote for some electrical work done in my apartment bathroom. The light in the ensuite turns on, but flickers or turns off after a few minutes. I've tried replacing the light tube but doesn't help. It's a circular light tube (see pic)

The issue occurred after an extension lead connecting an outdoor projector was accidentally dragged into a puddle of water. The connection began smoking, and since then the power point has stopped working. Please provide: * A quote to inspect and repair or replace the external weatherproof power point. * A quote to upgrade it to a double weatherproof power point (two outlets) if possible, as this location is also used for the hot water system. * An inspection of the circuit to ensure there is no additional damage resulting from the incident. 2. Internal Double Power Point – Replacement An internal double power point also requires replacement. The on/off switch has broken off, making the power point unsafe to use. Please include the replacement of this double power point as an additional cost (to consider if needed at this point)in the quote. Note: don't need the additional point for the food incinerator as that's no longer connected

The rangehood is a Smeg Victoria chimney-style rangehood, and there is currently no existing ducting to the outside, so a new ducted exhaust will need to be installed through eave. It’s a low set one story house. Tasker to provide ducting for room and external vent. There is a manhole for access. Electrical has been completed- they have installed a movable electrical outlet. The rangehood has already been purchased and onsite

Need a new power point installed in kitchen. The nearest existing one is 1.5 m away. Plyboard walls. Easy roof access from hallway opening if needed. Single story house. I require an electrician to remove two (2) existing wall light fittings, and replace them with two (2) new light fittings. I have purchased the 2 new light fittings, and I would like the lights to be installed in the exact same location. See pics - removing silver/crystal existing light fittings and replacing with white light fittings (in box). We would like to have two new plug sockets installed and 1 existing one moved. I have taken photos and marked up where we would like the socket moved to and where the new ones should go.
