Have a switch in the main electrical panel that periodically flicks off/trips. Want to make sure all the switches are safe and understand why, it flicks off and a few of the appliances switch off. Mainly for safety reasons, but also to see why its happening.

[Listed fee/price noted for this job is just a random number] I have 140 (yes - it is a lot!) silver LED downlights throughout the house. The house is approx 20 years old. I need these switched to a more modern sleek white flush LED downlight (same diameter) - e.g "Eclipse Mini LED Recessed Colour Switch 72mm Cut Out Downlight in White" - available at Beacon Lighting. I need a cost to switch out all lights (x 140) - 130 are interior, 10 exterior. Ceilings are standard height (2.50m) with the exception of 1 light above a stair landing (3.3m) and 1 light above the stairs - although this 1 light can likely be accessed from the mezzanine. Also, some GPOs around the house are 20 years old and need replacing (GPO has faded yellowish and is a different shade to the face plate, 1 is broken). Provide cost to replace 2 x double GPOs. Dimmer switches - 17 of the lights are controlled by dimmers. Replace existing with new compatible dimmer. To be considered for this task please confirm: 1) You're a licenced electrician? We have a water heat pump system at the back of the shop. The outdoor unit with fan and compressor is attached on the wall, but needs to be moved 30cm on the right as it is overlapping on the neighbour so part of the wall. Please note the unit has refrigerant gas lines that would need déconnexion.

2 light switches in bathrooms replaced

My gas hot water system isnt working. I suspect the pilot light is off as they kids were trying to get a spa heater to work. Its a Rinnai 26 instantanous gas hot water heater. I also have a spa heater that isnt working either.

We have installed Philips hue downlights but 4 of the old lights were on a circuit with a dimmer. So now those hue lights flicker on and off. So we need to rewire the switch circuits on this panel so that they work with the new lights and not the old ones.

I require a mains wired neon artwork installing which will require the transformer sinking into the concrete wall by Monday 22nd December at the latest. I also have a variety of additional electrical work doing which I'd like to walk you through when you install the neon artwork. I have no idea how long the additional work will take but a lot of it involves replacing existing downlights with LIFX downlights. I am willing to pay $800 for a day's work even if all the work takes less than a day. If it takes longer than a day then I will pay the additional hourly rate that you quote me. My priority is getting the neon artwork installed by Monday 22/12 but if you have the availability and are able to source the additional parts including LIFX down lights before Christmas then that would be a fantastic additional bonus.

I have a few small jobs for an electrician. The most pressing is replacing the display on my outdoor pool heater - See attached photo. Other small jobs include fixing the light switch in bathroom, power socket and downlights on a circuit in the bedroom I would anticipate this taking 2 hours max - please quote for 2 hours.
