SCOPE 1. Remove the two Hager CD263T 63A "Redundant" safety switches to free DIN space. 2. Replace HWS breaker (Australec MCB6-120, C20, no RCD) with a C20 30mA Type A RCBO. Note: existing HWS breaker is in an older Clipsal enclosure, possibly not standard DIN — if so, relocate the HWS protective device onto the freed DIN rail rather than swapping in place. 3. Install a 25A contactor (230V coil) on the HWS circuit. HWS is a Rheem Stellar 315L, single element, 4.0–4.8kW (~20A) — too large for a smart relay to switch directly. 4. Install a Shelly Pro 1 driving the contactor coil (dry contact on coil only; contactor poles carry the load). 5. Install a Shelly Pro 3EM with three 120A CT clamps: CT1 main incomer (see note below), CT2 HWS, CT3 A/C. 6. Confirm HWS cable is adequate for continuous ~20A on a C20 breaker; advise if not. 7. Test, label, provide compliance certificate. ⚠️ CT1 PLACEMENT — CRITICAL Clamp CT1 at the point marked "ACTIVE LINK" on the backing panel (see photo) — upstream of every breaker including "MAIN SWITCH INVERTER SUPPLY". Downstream placement reads house load instead of net grid flow, defeating the install's purpose. Please confirm accessible conductor there and that the incomer fits 120A split-core CT jaws. DIN SPACE Removing the two redundant units frees ~4 module widths. Please confirm this fits the Shelly Pro 1, Pro 3EM, contactor, and RCBO — advise if the board needs extending. PARTS Shelly Pro 1 and Pro 3EM supplied by me (RCM certified). Please quote LABOUR + contactor + RCBO + DIN terminal blocks + circuit labels. PLEASE NOTE: Backing panel is labelled "CONTAINS ASBESTOS". New gear mounts on EXISTING DIN rail (freed by removing two redundant RCDs) — no drilling/cutting of the panel should be needed. SITE: Single-phase 80A Clipsal 4SW180 main switch, EDMI Atlas Mk7C meter. Rooftop solar, Fronius Primo 8.2-1. Circuits: Oven, Hot Plate, Power x3, Light x2, HWS (C20), A/C (C32). Photo attached.

Repair mitsubishi hyper inverter split air-conditioning SRK71ZRA-W. It works and switches on with heater function working however pauses with no air blowing (still powered on and vents open) after 15- 30 minutes with timer light flashing 5 times continously. Timer is definelty off and I've reset the remote and also switched off the main power at the meter to reset the unit but still occurs. Ive already had an electrian check out the meter box to see if this as result of an overload which is not. Not under warranty
