A suitable tall ladder and all necessary equipment will be required. Repair one laundry light that is not working. The tenant has reported the light is not working, but the issue is unknown and could be as simple as a blown globe or a minor connection fault. For the laundry light: Please bring basic replacement parts or a spare globe/fixture if needed. I do not require any fancy fitting or upgrade. The main requirement is that the light functions properly and turns on reliably. Additional notes: This is a rental property, so access will need to be arranged with the tenant.
