New air-conditioner installation Install a supplied Hyundai 3.5kW Inverter Smart Split System Air Conditioner (reverse cycle) in a single storey, tiled roof home. Scope: • Indoor unit wall-mounted on back wall • Services to run via roof/ceiling space (not back-to-back) • Outdoor unit located under window sill • Supply and install the external condenser/compressor • Full installation, testing and commissioning Electrical: • There is no existing electrical connection for this new unit • All electrical works are required, including new circuit and connection by a licensed electrician 2. Investigate existing air-conditioner (lounge room) • Main lounge air-conditioner is leaking • Suspected issue with condenser/compressor • Please inspect, diagnose and advise on repair 3. Service existing air-conditioners • Service 2 additional split systems • Please provide a price per unit for servicing Quoting: Please provide: • Quote for new installation (including electrical) • Cost to inspect/diagnose the leaking unit • Cost to service each of the other 2 units

European plugs need to be swapped to Australian Wall socket wires / cables need to be cut back to re-secure wall socket

Electrical works required at my house: - Led lights in bathroom - Split at switch only. Lights and switch installed already. - Install a new LED light on our double brick bedroom wall. Light and switch supplied. Closest power point is 2m away - Install a new recessed power point on double brick wall. Closest socket in 3m away. - Replace a cat5 cable with a cat6e cable through roof - Garage through to lounge - Check lounge dimmers as they are coming on at low when off

Install new air conditioner split system

Check + repair LG air conditioning unit in Wembley Downs home - zones don’t appear to be functioning well.

Need a outdoor security spot lights installed

Supply and install 2 single light switches to replace 2 existing loose light switches by licensed electrician.

Fault in split system aircon, fan rattles and vibrating on all settings inside unit.

6 lights blown 3 in a row in kitchen, 3 in hallway. New light bulbs not working.

Remove and dispose of an old kerosene heater tank and a solar water heater panel. Kerosene heater is bolted to a wall and has mostly been drained. Solar water heater is located on the roof.

Looking to have our 2 fire alarms inspected and tested in our house, make sure they are all ok.

Light fitting sparking/ needs attention

Replace three standard led down lights to a common area ceiling I have replacements myself however they have electric plugs.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Old oven requires disconnecting asap

Must source the external ceiling fans and we need to approve before purchasing to ensure quality is acceptable. Cost of fans will be on top of task price. Must ensure fans can be controlled from existing control 4 switch pad.

Outdoor plug point with 2 sockets to be replaced like for like Current point has one of the switches not functioning well

To screw in smoke alarms to the ceiling, smoke alarms will be provided
