Relocate antenna on 2 storey roof to a different location.

Hi, please read this first before replying. I recently renovated and the builder with good intentions, removed one of the roof man holes for cosmetic reasons. Unfortunately it means I can no longer access the alarm panel and replace the alarm battery. The system is a Ness touchpad system. See photo 1. The battery now has run out but it still has mains power. The touch key pad, All the sensors and wiring appears to be in one line and on the side where the roof can be accessed. Work requested: if I buy the panel (see photo 4). Can the system be rewired so the existing keypad and sensors can be wired to the new panel which will be on the side where there is access to the roof cavity? Also want to add a power point internally in the dining room. The estimate I provided is for labour only. The second photo shows: the blue circle is where the battery and alarm panel is (can’t be accessed now), the yellow line is the roof valley which restricts access to that side of the roof cavity. The red circles are sensors. The third photo is showing the interior in the other direction and shows the touch keypad in green.

No power to garage and switches there as Well. I can’t keep the fuse on from switch board and it keep tripping down

accidentally drilled a screw into a power cable inside a stud wall, which initially caused the circuit to trip. I have already cut open the drywall to locate the issue, so the damaged wire is fully exposed and ready for fix (see photos). power is currently back on after removing the screw, but we switched off now to fix the wire insulation. We need electrician to repair the damaged section (likely with a junction box ) and safety test the circuit. Thanks

Electrician needed. - 4 ceiling fans (Fanaway) W/ remote. I have timber if required for support. Fans are already purchased. - 4 downlights on 3 switch (already purchased).
