Hi, I am converting my solar system to a single-phase inverter. Currently, I have a string of 14 panels on the East side (as shown in the attached roof photo). The voltage is too high, so I need a qualified, CEC/SAA accredited solar electrician to go up to the roof and bypass 2 or 3 solar panels from this string to safely lower the total voltage. Roof Access Details: The house is 2 storeys, but roof access is relatively easy. You can climb onto the 1st-level roof from the rumpus room, and then step up to the 2nd-level roof from there. A standard short/medium ladder will be sufficient; you do not need a massive 2-storey extension ladder. Requirements: Must be a CEC/SAA accredited solar electrician . No physical removal of the panels from the roof is needed. Just unplug them from the string, bypass them, and safely secure/waterproof the loose cables/MC4 connectors under the rails. Thanks!

There are three dc isolator switches for our 10.52 kW solar panels, that feed to the invertor. The switches have got burnt and need replacement. The job will include removing the existing burnt isolator switches, supply and install new ones, check the cables, check the switches mounted on the roof, check the panels, connect the switches to the invertor, check the connection to the grid and confirm that all operations are working properly. The photo of the dc isolator is also attached. There are three of these, all to be replaced. Two of the isolators are burnt.
