Need help to check why 2 burners are not heating up and fix it.

Have just moved into a new property, have multiple exterior downlights that turn on at dark and turn off at dusk , need to see if there is an isolation switch or way to turn these off as they shine straight into bedrooms all night

I am hoping to replace my light switches with Sonoff SwitchMan M5 Smart Light Switches. I am hoping for a quote for how much it would cost to install the following: - 3x Dry Area 3 Gang Switch 120mm - 1x 3 Gang Wet Area 120mm - 2x 1 Gang Dry Area 120mm. Could you please advise how much it would cost to do this job if I already have the switches on site, and a seperate quote if you were to supply the switches.

Replace 16 x downlights - will supply new downlights

Whenever I use COOL and DRY function in the living room.there’s a musky, mould smell coming out. We had a technician come out to have a look but couldn’t find any problems apart from condensation which he told me to run fan and put a deodoriser inside to unit. Replace two bathroom down-lights which are not working. This replacement works are to be performed by a licensed electrician as the wires are screwed to the terminal block of the downlight unit and a like for like replacement is required. The Live wire and neutral wire needs to be removed and inserted on to the new unit. I will supply the down lights complete Unit.
