The previous owner had taken their pendant lights with them and left a bulb in its place. We're looking to replace the bulbs above the dining table and the kitchen table with the following: 1) Dining area pendant light x 1 Move the connection point to hang centrally above the dining table and add a pendant light. 2) Kitchen island set of 3 pendant lights 3) LED strip light on kitchen island 4) LED strip light near the range hood 5) Possiblly two more downlights in the hallway

Licensed and insured electrician required to install approximately 70 downlights and 6 dimmer switches across a two-storey house (5 bedrooms and 3 living areas, including one high/sloped ceiling). - Install approximately 70 downlights. - Install approximately 6 dimmer switches. - Replace all other existing light switches throughout the house. - Remove existing light fittings in selected rooms only; some existing lights will remain. - Where existing lights are retained, a 2-slot switch will be provided so the existing lighting and new downlights can be operated separately. - Ensure neat cutouts, clean wiring, and full electrical/safety compliance. Please see the attached floor plan and photos for the layout and dimensions. Materials: I will supply the downlights, dimmers and switches. You will need to bring your own tools, ladders, cabling and other required installation materials. - House will be completely vacant during the job. - Parking is available on site. - Job can start Friday around midday and needs to be completed by Sunday evening. Electrician needed for two tasks: 1. Replace Light switch: as the button to press on was removed. 2. Figure out why bathroom lights (two downlights) are not working - although working when plugged somewhere.
