We are in Blackburn central and have 2 existing light fittings which need to be replaced in exactly like for like the same position with the same wiring. We have the new fittings. One is a spotlight being replaced and one is an LED 1200 long fitting. We also have 3 flourescent light fittings each with 2 tubes, on a ceiling 3400 high which all need light tubes replaced. ^ tubes in total. Must be licensed electrician. and provide certificate.
