I am looking to have ceiling fans installed in my home. There will be 3 or 4 in total. I have not yet purchased the fans, however, am wanting to discuss options for installation. Fan is not replacing lights - wanting it to be centred in the room with remote control. I believe the roof is flat and there is no man hole. Looking for a qualified and experienced electrician/tradesman to attend the location and discuss options. Attached are a few images of the ceilings in these rooms. The pitching of the ceiling is roughly the same in each room. Ideally the fan will be fixed in the middle.

Fans have been purchased and ready to go in. I’m yet to buy the double power point plate. NOTE: there is no man hole and access will be required via the tiled roof. Looking for an experienced electrician to put 65” tv onto wall. I have added in pictures of the wall and behind the wall Also require 3 PowerPoints 1. On kitchen island bench (if possible) 2. Laundry where dryer will be - there is currently a PowerPoint nearby which the cord won’t reach 3. In garage for desk set up. There are two other PowerPoint outlets in the garage but are too far away.
