We require a licensed electrician to install and connect 3-phase power in our factory for: 1. Light Gauge Steel Roll-Forming Machine (main equipment) 2. Battery-powered Forklift Charger (Lithium) – requires a 3-phase outlet connection from the same supply ⸻ Scope of Works • Run approx. 30 m of 16 mm 4C+E circular orange cable (see photos). • Install 40 mm rigid PVC conduit with 90° bends neatly along wall and ceiling (route shown in red in photo). • Connect to existing main distribution board inside the office area (see photo). • Install and wire: • 1 × 40 A 5-pin 3-phase outlet (IP66) for the roll-forming machine • 1 × 32 A 5-pin 3-phase outlet (IP66) for the forklift charger • Supply and fit appropriate RCBO / MCB protection as per parts list. • Test, label, and commission both outlets for safe operation. • Provide certificate of electrical safety on completion. ⸻ Materials Supplied On-Site • 30 m – 16 mm 4C+E circular unarmoured orange cable • 10 × 40 mm rigid PVC conduits (4 m lengths) • 90° conduit bends • 3-phase outlets and plugs (40 A & 32 A IP66) • Distribution board enclosure and circuit protection devices (see parts list) ⸻ Requirements • Fully licensed A-Grade electrician with industrial experience • Own tools, consumables, and ladders if required • Must provide Certificate of Electrical Safety upon completion. Having the house painted and the old plates and switches are yellow so cant just swap out the face plate. Need a licensed and qualified electrician to fit replacements. No new wiring to be run, all switches and lights to be replace with new and 6 double PowerPoints to be moved 10-20cm from present position Replace 2 Ceiling Lights Replace 3 wired Smoke detectors Move 6 PowerPoints from skirting board to wall just above/higher on skirting board Consolidate two light switches next to each other to a single plate (1 gang + 2 gang to become single 3 gang) Replace 5 single gang switches in same position Replace 4 two gang switches in same position Replace 2 three gang switches (two switches plus dimmer) I can provide all the hardware if needed, at this stage just need a quote for labour.
