Looking for a licensed electrician to attend and replace an existing smoke alarm. There was previously a smoke alarm installed. The tenant has removed the old unit. We have since purchased a new smoke alarm (photo attached) however we’ve decided to have this installed professionally rather than doing it ourselves. Existing wiring and ceiling mount already in place. Installation required only no new wiring expected.

One old outdoor fluorescent light needs to be changed to one led downlight which needs to be supplied and installed One led downlight is to be supplied and installed to replace an old led downlight in the toilet. Supply and install a-trim kit for one of the pre existing led downlights which needs to cover a previous hole left when the overhead fan was removed. I have included a picture of the led lights used through the house internally and externally

Remove and dispose of an old kerosene heater tank and a solar water heater panel. Kerosene heater is bolted to a wall and has mostly been drained. Solar water heater is located on the roof.

Light fitting sparking/ needs attention

Replace three standard led down lights to a common area ceiling I have replacements myself however they have electric plugs.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Must source the external ceiling fans and we need to approve before purchasing to ensure quality is acceptable. Cost of fans will be on top of task price. Must ensure fans can be controlled from existing control 4 switch pad.
