I need a licensed A-Grade electrician to troubleshoot and likely replace a faulty 240V surface socket in my bathroom ceiling. This is a 15-minute job The Issue: The socket currently fails under load (a lamp/charger flickers for 1 second and then stops). Status: I have already uninstalled the old exhaust fan and purchased a new DIY "plug-and-play" replacement from Bunnings. Requirements: 1. Test and repair/replace the faulty ceiling socket. 2. Plug in and secure the new exhaust fan (already on-site). 3. Must provide Victorian Electrical Licence number. Single-story house. Easy access through the fan hole (no attic crawl likely needed).
