My smoke alarm constantly beeps - require replacement

Need a new power point installed in a section of my house, it would be right next to the NBN outlet. It’s a double brick single story house, I am unsure there is a cavity in the wall but since there is an NBN outlet I assumed so. Potential for a few more it’s around the house which could be quoted on site.

I need a power point relocated to another area of the wall due to a wardrobe installation that will cover the current one. I also have a few other power points that need to be inspected as they buzz and short circuit during use sometimes.
