Clean Out: Remove any existing bird nests, debris, and droppings from underneath the solar panels 2. Supply & Install Mesh: It can be any type of effective bird mesh (wire, plastic, or steel) around the entire perimeter(approx. 50m perimeter). As long as it effectively blocks birds, I’m open to any material. No Drilling: Mesh could be secured using clips or ties. No drilling into the solar panels or the Colorbond roof. Fit to Profile: The mesh must be shaped to fit the corrugated profile of the Colorbond roof so there are no gaps for birds to squeeze through. Budge: Labour $500+ material $250 Notes: The second photo shows the access. Though it is double storey, you can access thru the carpark roof to the second storey. We have 9 wall sockets not working in Kitchen and surrounding, which all connects to one breaker on the switchboard. Changed the circuit breaker, and 4 wall sockets that were looking like could be problematic but no improvement.
