Need to change previously lights to down lights and one previous pendant to new pendant in kitchen area. Need to swap 5 previous lights to down lights and add 2-3 more in.

Im just planning at this stage and require a quote to have some downlights or alternative option for 5x3 room approx.

I've got downlights in my kitchen, one has started flashing annoyingly. I have been able to pull other ones down to just unplug them and switch them out, but this one is caught on something and I'm not keen to go up through the manhole. Loose insulation, spiders, god knows what else :D It's literally only 3 or 4 metres from the manhole to the light. I already have the replacement LED here so it will just be a matter of removing the old one and replacing it with the new one. 5 minute job.
