Remove and replace the master bedroom ceiling/plasterboard as required. Remove and replace the master bedroom cornices. Complete all necessary gyprock/plaster jointing, setting, sanding and finishing to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting. Prepare and paint the new ceiling and cornices, including appropriate primer/sealer and finishing coats. Electrical reconnection after the ceiling work and painting are completed. Protect existing flooring and surrounding areas during the works. Remove and dispose of waste/materials and leave the room clean on completion. Important: Electrical disconnection and reconnection must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
