Looking for quotes for lighting upgraded, currently have ceiling fan with lights and oyster lights, would like these removed and down lights with dimmers. Floor plan attached. Remove and dispose of an old kerosene heater tank and a solar water heater panel. Kerosene heater is bolted to a wall and has mostly been drained. Solar water heater is located on the roof.

Looking to have our 2 fire alarms inspected and tested in our house, make sure they are all ok.

Light fitting sparking/ needs attention

Replace three standard led down lights to a common area ceiling I have replacements myself however they have electric plugs.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Old oven requires disconnecting asap

Must source the external ceiling fans and we need to approve before purchasing to ensure quality is acceptable. Cost of fans will be on top of task price. Must ensure fans can be controlled from existing control 4 switch pad.
