Licensed electricians only. Job scope: Supply-and-install removal of 2 existing pendant light fittings and replacement with 2 new ceiling fans with integrated LED light — one per bedroom (kids’ bedrooms). Existing fitting: Pendant light in both rooms (not currently a fan-rated point — photos to follow so you can confirm whether the existing wiring/ceiling point will support a fan, or if reinforcement/a fan-rated box is needed). New fan being installed (x2): • Beacon Lighting — Lucci Air “Airis” Flush DC Ceiling Fan with 600mm LED Light, White with Teak Old Pedant lights to be removed (picture 1) Instal two new fans (picture 2)

Two houses need ceiling fans installed. First house (2 fans): There are currently 2 fans in place (see pictures). The fan installation will be to replace these fans. It is a brick apartment/roof. Second house: Currently has a ceiling light (see picture) where the fan is to be installed. This is a plasterboard roof. The fans are pretty much the same make and model. Houses are about 15-20 min drive from each other. Must be a licenced electrician qualified to do roof fan installations.

Install 1 X DC Ceiling Fan. Existing Fan has already been removed, only need installing new fan. Fans will be supplied, refer attached photos.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and diagnose four ceiling fans that have stopped working. The fans were installed around four years ago, but I no longer have the Certificate of Compliance. They have a 20-year motor warranty, but the manufacturer won’t assess them without a licensed electrician checking them and providing the relevant certificate. I’m hoping someone can inspect the fans, confirm whether the motors have failed or whether it’s another issue, and provide a Certificate of Compliance if the installations pass inspection or after any necessary repairs.
