I have 2 ceiling fans that need to be replaced with 2 brand new ceiling fans

Looking to get two ceiling fans replaced in my father in-laws Townhouse. Existing fans with lights in place already so no new cabling required. We have the fans already so just the replacement.

Licensed electrician needed today in Windsor 4030 for a ground floor apartment. The property is a short stay rental with a guest currently in residence, so this needs to be completed today and done tidily around them. The problem The light built into the ceiling fan has stopped working. The fan itself runs normally on the remote. The light does not come on. What has already been tried The wall switch has been tested in both the on and off positions, by the guest and separately by our onsite handyman. The remote has been tested with the wall switch on, which is the correct operating sequence for this unit. It is an integrated LED, so there is no replaceable globe. Our handyman removed the faceplate to look at the exposed wiring. When he moved the wiring slightly the light flickered on briefly, then went out. He could not reproduce it and stopped there as he is not licensed. That points to an internal wiring or driver fault rather than a switch, remote or globe problem. Scope of work Diagnose the fault and repair it if it can be repaired on the day. If a same day repair is not possible, we want the option to replace the ceiling fan and light unit outright in the same visit, so please come prepared to advise on that. Before doing either, send us a price for the repair and a price for supply and install of a replacement fan and light unit, and wait for our confirmation.
