To replace 1 ceiling Fan

Install Clipsal 1300mm DC Ceiling fan, and four SAL Wave LED Downlights, in place of existing light fitting. DC fan and downlights will only be supplied. Replacement of the existing single switch, and associated wiring & accessories is by installer. its a single story with roof access.

Have a ceiling fan that rattles very loudly and would like to get this fixed. Thanks!

I am needing a ceiling fan light installed and a range hood installed. The range hood likely needs the PowerPoint to be moved for it to be concealed. It is an ikea range hood. It is a unit in a 3 story apartment building.

The problem The light built into the ceiling fan has stopped working. The fan itself runs normally on the remote. The light does not come on. What has already been tried The wall switch has been tested in both the on and off positions, by the guest and separately by our onsite handyman. The remote has been tested with the wall switch on, which is the correct operating sequence for this unit. It is an integrated LED, so there is no replaceable globe. Our handyman removed the faceplate to look at the exposed wiring. When he moved the wiring slightly the light flickered on briefly, then went out. He could not reproduce it and stopped there as he is not licensed. That points to an internal wiring or driver fault rather than a switch, remote or globe problem. Scope of work Diagnose the fault and repair it if it can be repaired on the day. If a same day repair is not possible, we want the option to replace the ceiling fan and light unit outright in the same visit, so please come prepared to advise on that. Before doing either, send us a price for the repair and a price for supply and install of a replacement fan and light unit, and wait for our confirmation. Photos of the fault and of the completed work. Make good and test the light and fan on the remote and the wall switch before leaving. 2 ceilings and 1 ceiling light is not working. I would like them to be fixed if possible or replaced. You will be paid for the replacement items if it costs than the offered price.
