I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete a ceiling fan installation at my home in North Lakes. Main job: • Install 3 new ceiling fans (supplied by me) • Remove and dispose of 3 existing ceiling fans • Install appropriate wall switches for the fans (or advise if standard switch is fine due to remotes) – switches to be supplied by you • Ensure all wiring, mounting, and balancing is done correctly • Clean up and remove all rubbish Fans provided: • 1x Brilliant Windhaven 142cm DC fan • 2x Arlec Smart Madrid 132cm DC fans (with lights)

The current fan motor has burnt out, so the wiring and mounting points are already in place. I have already purchased the new unit, which is a Brilliant Grace 4 Blade Smart Fan with an LED light and remote receiver. Since this model uses a remote, no new wall-switch wiring should be required. Please provide a fixed quote for the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. There is easy access and street parking available.
