I have two long lights to be installed into two rendered columns . One of the photos I have lights leaning on the walls that’s where I want installed. There is power on one site on right side of column. So it doesn’t need to have a switch installed

All other side of walls have PowerPoints not sure if you can work off that or also happy to put hole in plaster and piggyback off back of wall PowerPoint Panelling will be going on that wall so hole in the wall to piggyback of PowerPoint is fine

Im looking for an appliance electrician for work on hot water tank .. I believe its just basic electrical work , that a can rely on someone local to work on in their own time .. I have a few of these tanks so thd work is ongoing .

Swich 1 - single switch - is in toilet and switches on/off light bulb and exhaust fan. Its not working. Switch 2 - double switch - one of the buttons is lgetting loose and popping out. It needs to be replaced.

The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working, causing dark spots on our display areas. (Ceiling height approximately 3.5 meters). The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the ceiling (an appropriate tall A-frame ladder is required). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units and their drivers. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers (round white fittings, warm white 3000K). 4. Testing all new lights to confirm they are secure and fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the three new replacement downlights and drivers. The cost of this hardware must be included in your final offer.
