I have 3 Italian standing lamps that are wobbly and need the pole connections tightened. I have also broken the shade on one but cannot work out how to get it off to replace the glass

The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have failed (flickered and went out completely). This is affecting the lighting on our sales floor, making some display areas dim. The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - Approximate ceiling height: 3 meters). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers. 4.
