Install 5 new power points in yet to be constructed new walls Install 2 new downlights Relocate 1 light switch Remove 1 old ceiling light fitting and leave the hole ready for plastering Install a box/cover over loose cables ( see picture) Replace broken light switch where the switches have fallen into the wall Split 8 downlights lights currently operated by one switch into 2 separate switches House is single story and made of plaster walls and timber frame. There is good ceiling access and under floor access.

This ceiling wiring needs to be brought up to date as it currently outputs a female “SM 2 Pin Plug”. The replacement Downlight pictured connects to a power outlet, so assuming the wiring needs to be updated to a power outlet.
