Kitchen Powerpoint not working

Need someone to bring the bulb (buy it) and install into lighting fixture. One bulb needs replacing, all others are working. Must have a tall ladder as ceiling is 10ft tall. Bulb specifications are pictured. Fix 2 Ethernet wall plugs (the switch has fallen behind accidentally after pushing it in too hard). Switches work perfectly fine - it’s just the cable has fallen into wall 2-4cm.

The Issue: Two separate recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have stopped working. The Job: The task is to supply and install new replacements for both faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required). Approximate ceiling height 3 meters. 2. Diagnosing the fault for each light (likely a failed LED unit and/or driver). 3. Supplying and installing two new, suitable replacement LED downlights and/or drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature and brightness match the other existing lights. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational.
