Hi, I’m mounting a TV on a double-brick wall and I want it to sit as flush to the wall as possible. There is currently a GPO in the area where the TV will be mounted. I’d like the existing GPO removed and the TV directly hardwired to the existing power circuit, with the connection concealed behind the TV so there is no GPO, plug or bulky power point protruding behind it. The TV has a fixed power lead, so I’d like the electrician to provide a compliant permanent connection suitable for the TV, positioned behind the TV/mounting bracket.

The Issue: Three recessed LED downlights on our main sales floor have failed (flickered and went out completely). This is affecting the lighting on our sales floor, making some display areas dim. The Job: The task is to replace the three faulty LED downlights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings in the high ceiling (a suitable ladder is required - Approximate ceiling height: 3 meters). 2. Removing the three faulty downlight units. 3. Supplying and installing three (3) new, suitable replacement recessed LED downlights and drivers. 4. Ensuring the new lights' colour temperature (warm white) and brightness match the existing lights in the store. 5. Testing the new lights to confirm they are secure and fully operational.
