4 x down lights need to be changed with new globes and wired it properly. New exhaust fan needed. Install a dedicated main switch circuit breaker to replace the RCD currently acting as the main switch. Replace the faulty RCD with a new compliant unit. Install a new switchboard enclosure to accommodate the main switch circuit breaker, replacement RCD, and to consolidate the existing power circuit currently in a separate enclosure. Replace the oven circuit breaker with an RCBO to provide appropriate protection, noting that power points are required to be RCD protected. Provide certificate of compliance as well.
