Looking for a licensed electrician to do a few small jobs at my house: Install a new power outlet in the toilet area for an electric toilet seat/bidet. Install two picture lights on separate walls. The pendant light fitting in my garage has come loose and fallen to its entire length. I’d like the fitting either made safe and reattached to its position or replaced with a simple bright globe.

Re-mount one power point & light switch in a new ensuite bathroom, and replace one light switch in a bedroom which is flickering, and on a dimmer. It’s an old switch and was installed upside down.

We have 9 wall sockets not working in Kitchen and surrounding, which all connects to one breaker on the switchboard. Remove existing light fitting and replace with a different one. Pictures of the existing one and the replacement one included. Not sure how the new fitting will be held up but hopefully you can also problem solve that.
