I need a licensed electrician to safely disconnect and remove two adjacent wall outlets (one double power point and one TV antenna port), as shown in the attached photo. The job requires isolating the power, safely terminating/capping off the live wires behind the wall cavity, and removing the plastic faceplates and mounting brackets. I do not need the wall plastered or patched by the electrician—I just need the outlets safely removed and the wires pushed back so the wall is ready for patching.

I need to get a few items done around the house. A light switch is very stiff to turn off and on. Its just a normal light switch that turns the lights off and on in the room. Its hard to turn off and on and feel stuck a little. It works and you can turn off and on. It just doesn't feel correct as it takes a lot more pressure than normal

Checked and repaired: 1. The garage door remote control is not working and power supply 2. The electrical supply appears to have an issue. When we use the kettle, washing machine, and lights at the same time, the fuse trips and the power goes off. It may need to be repaired or upgraded.

We have a couple of downlights that are causing some issues... One is above the stair well (photo attached) and will need a ladder, the other (and possibly one other) needs a camera up in the cavity to find the power outlet... We live in an apartment with a thin ceiling cavity so you can't really stick your head up there... These downlights have a transformer that connects to a power outlet but we are removing those transformers and using the all in one LED downlights... These two I can't replace due to lack of ladder and camera to see up there. I will supply the downlights. Just need a licensed electrician.

House roof has a small leak in it, but it is under a solar panel. Im assuming when it rains hard , there could be a build up of leaves possibly , holding water back, or could be a cracked tile.. Need someone to remove solar panel, and simply seal leak up... i can be there to help ( if needed) , but injury prevents me being on a roof. Access is next to gutter, so not high up top of roof
