Technician required onsite to connect a laptop to a Juniper router console port and provide remote access to our engineering team. Our engineer will guide you through the process and perform the configuration remotely. You will only be required to connect equipment and move a network cable when instructed. You will require a console serial cable, hotspot for Internet access. Please allow up to 2 hours.

We have just moved house and the Wifi is patchy. We have all the routers from our old house but need someone to set them up. We need wifi to work across the whole house. Not sure if a NBN or internet provider issue. Need someone to come out and trouble shoot. I have FTTC connection and tried to connect my DODO internet modem to NBN but the connection is having issues. I called Dodo support and they said they would need to call out a technician next Friday but I am reaching out incase anyone is available sooner!
