I’ve moved into a modern apartment that has NBN and everything wired… I just can’t figure it out. NBN FTTP is working but only in the cupboard. House ethernet ports aren’t patched, so modem doesn’t work in any room. I don’t know where to put the modem. Need someone to trace cables and patch the correct port so internet works at wall sockets.

NBN connection needs troubleshooting - cables possibly not plugged in correctly

Hi there - looking for a wifi expert to come at help set up our network at new house. It is four story, with key NBN wiring on ground floor. We are using TP Link set up with one booster. Need help creating one network throughout the house with consistent speed.

The Internet has stopped working since the phone line outlet at front of house came apart. You will need to be able to identify correct wiring orientation and strip wires to reconnect to single phone mine outlet. Task completion will be based on Internet working again. Thanks Jarad

I have added a wifi extender, but wifi coverage in downstairs areas has not improved. The wifi source and modem is on the third floor of a townhouse, and there are internal blue cables down to the first flor, but there are pockets that are not good. Review and advice required

Prep work for NBN upgrade only (no cabling or data work). Set up the conduit from external wall at the NBN box(photo) to living room about 10m away. Install a wall entry cover/conduit and allow the NBN cable to run into the ceiling space and drop into the living room via an existing downlight/roof cavity. Possibly need a small hole drilled through the external wall if no other options. No termination, electrical, or licensed cabler required. Must be neat and weatherproof. Bring your own tools and materials (electrical conduit). As this is a 2-stories house bring a ladder just in case.

Hi there, I have set up my CCTV but changed modems. I can see the cctv on my phone through the DMSS app, however it only views while I’m connected to the same wifi as the CCTV. I’d like to be able to view the CCTV remotely either on cellular data, I was able to do this previously but just can’t seem to get it working now. Looking for some help.
