I have two house and one house i got nbn fttp connection other house is just away one house in betweeen my house and house two but the internet is not reaching to my other house so i just need help to fix this issue either putting the router outside or any ideas.

I have two ethernet wall points in my daughter‘s room as I moved her desk and so I had someone move the ethernet cable that went into the back of one point and move it over to the other about a year or so ago. We have now rearranged her room and the desk is in front of the second wall point which is not connected so I would like the connection to be moved please. The distance from one wall point to the other is about 3 m just from one wall to another. No hardware needs to be supplied as everything is already there.

I have NBN connected to the house. I want to change rooms for the router box. The cabling and wiring are already installed to the new location. Someone needed to simply reconnect it for the new location. This may be possible at the terminal box, otherwise may need to be done in the roof.

I'm needing to set a new modem with an NBN connection for an international guest of mine. I just need someone professional with tech experience to go through the new modem configuration and test the NBN connection with an Ethernet connection to a computer. I'd like to have this finalised today as we need internet functioning. I have all the step by step instructions from Exetel to follow, this should be straight forward. I could do it myself, however I am not in Brisbane at the moment.

Hi there, I’m on NBN HFC (coax) and I need my coax wall outlet relocated. Current setup: Right now the coax cable runs from the NBN box under/outside the house and comes out into a room on the far side of the house. What I want: I want the coax outlet moved to a different room that’s closer to where the cable comes out of the NBN box (so it should be an easier/shorter run than the current setup). Access: The underside of the house is open and easy to access (see photos). There seems to be plenty of spare coax available, so I’m hoping this can be done without needing to replace the full cable run.
