I’m looking for someone to A: clean the lap top up as it’s running very slow B: Back my files onto a hard drive Can anyone help please?

Hi - my PC is not booting up - powering up and then hanging. If it is a powerboard issue then appreciate parts are extra. If it can't quickly be fixed I need some files on the desktop so need to extract from the hard drive to a drive. Help! Need done this weekend.

Computer can no longer connects/or recognised to the wireless. It is like the signal is not strong enough (though there was no issue before) or there is an IP issue with it changing gateways. Also it no longer recognises my phone (samsung) that i used temporarily to hotspot until computer fixed.
