Need an IT expert. Have tried everything, redownloading and deleting, off and on etc. Have tried googling solutions too. Apple won’t help me either because my computer is out of warranty to qualify for tech support. All my other Microsoft applications work and Have it through a subscription through my uni. Please help I have assignments due and need to submit them via word. All my notes are also in word and cannot access them. Displays an error message. And simply won’t open.

I am transitioning from GSuite (15GB of data) to Microsoft 365. Working/set up: - Have set up 1 user, also admin (me). - Outlook 365 email is sending and receiving. Need help with: -to migrate all GSuite emails (historical, 3+ years worth) across to Outlook 365 - have the said email server send from WordPress as default SMTP. - migrate Gsuite Drive, Photos into MS 365 (I have already completed a Google Takeout backup. - Connect my Android to MS Excel 365 etc. Current error, "Your admin needs to assign you a SharePoint and a OneDrive licence to do this" error" - Get the Calendar functioning, including import my Personal Gmail Calendar into it Any other basic setup that I have missed Would be great to have some one local. With the potential for ongoing work and support as it arises in the future. - Microsoft 365 certified would be a bonus (necessary for any ongoing work). Thank you for reading. We have computers with full drives others that dont, the search mechanism seems patchy, the remote desktop works on some PCs not others.

Outlook won't remember passwords (8 email addresses), and does not regularly check for new messages. Account repair fixes it for the day, but it has to be re-done after each re-boot.

I have a MIcrosoft surface tablet that may be a pro or RT version that isn’t working correctly. It has internet explorer that doesn’t let me access many websites. 1) the pages don’t load properly 2) I can’t access many websites as it states the websites aren’t secure (even if it is the correct website) 3) unable to download other internet explorers like edge when though it’s Microsoft supported. I believe it is simply upgrading my browser that is needed but I don’t seem to be able to do so.
