I need your help to solve login problem on my windows laptop. Here are the descriptions of what happened. I tried to change the setting from msconfic, since then I am unable to log in to laptop. It asks for password, I don't remember password. I used to login with pin, pin login is not available since msconfig setting was changed. Basically I am locked out.
Highly skilled bloke, who fixed my problem within a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Windows 10 has locked me out of Admin rights... I've googled & tried many things but not tech savy enough to fix... Just need admin rights back. I can't even create a recovery disk as you need admin rights...Grrrr

So I bought a laptop in China, and the Chinese language seems imbedded I to the windows system. The guy I bought it from installed some patches etc for the English language, but it seems that the Chinese language is deeply imbedded into the laptop - I need somebody to install a full ENGLISH version of windows on the laptop. I have a license key, but not sure if it’ll work if I’m installing it in a different language. Maybe you know ? I’ve taken everything off the laptop and transferred it all onto an external drive. For example - I tried to restart and press f9 to reinstall windows, and the options were presented in chinese. I want the laptop fully in English. Any offers ??

Ok so I brought a laptop in China, and I asked the guy to switch it to the English version.. I think he just applied patches and did done tweaks as I sometimes still see chinese characters. I want somebody to install a clean ENGLISH version of windows onto the laptop.
