Need technical assistance with macbook air

$210

Dalkeith WA, Australia

5th Oct 2021

I need someone to come and have a look at my macbook air and help me troubleshoot a number of issues with how it is running. I am technologically terrible but am concerned there may be viruses on it. It basically needs a service. I would also like help with setting up icloud and other back up options. I am recommending an hourly rate ($70/hour) because I have no idea how long it will take. Minimum 3 hours will be paid however.

James was easy to communicate with, punctual, polite and did a fantastic job with all my computer/phone issues. Highly recommended ++

I'm always running out of memory on my MacBook Air. I can't figure out icloud and backups and where all these files are that are eating memory. I need someone that really knows what they're doing to just move the files around and create memory. I've already done the usual - moved what I could, and I ran a scanner, but I need more experienced help than me. I can meet you anywhere in the Perth area at McDonalds or Starbucks or similar. I can't imagine it would take more than an hour, it's just I'm a bit confused as to how MacBook Air backs up, and icloud and saving files. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 16 September 2022

The firewall is disabled and I have allowed pop ups and redirects in both safari and chrome. I am unsure what else to do and I'm am currently loseing work hours, I'm assuming it has something to do with mac/apple but I'm sure my work colleagues use mac computers themselves at home. Can anybody help me please
